I am a clinical Hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, fully covered by professional indemnity insurance, and bound by a code of ethics which
ensures the highest levels of care.
The code of ethics means that you can rely on total and absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times.
As far as my qualifications are concerned, I am a member of the Association of Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, National Council of Hypnotherapy and the National Guild of Hypnotists. I am also a Certified Instructor of Hypnotherapy, the examinations director for the UK Academy and the founder of DepressionUK.
I utilise Psychotherapy which I studied at Regents College, London and Psychosynthesis methods, I also use CBT methodology for between session work, as well as life coaching and counselling.
